The knee exercises do free up the joints in the leg and knees. These are quite helpful because they free up the movement of the patient of. One of the effective knee-based exercises is the Quad set exercise. The muscles above the thigh are to be tightened as tightly as possible and hold up the tightness. Then you have to pull back your toes. Push up the back of the knee on the floor. After this you have to push up as well as out with the help of your heel. Pull your muscles for up to ten seconds. Each and every second is to be dedicated in pulling harder. After this you may relax for five seconds. The same procedure is to be repeated two separate sets including ten times each. There should be a difference of sixty seconds between the sets. Another effective exercise is the Knee Extension with leg lift. The procedure of starting is the same as in the previous exercise. However, a toilet paper is to be rolled around the heel. The knee is to be pushed down and locked. Then lift the leg and lower it in order to roll. This procedure is to be repeated in two sets of ten times.
