Magnetic therapy is a therapy mostly used in Eastern cultures. It is popularly believed that having magnetic therapy can relieve pain and also promote curing from injures. Even though there is very minimal scientific evidence to prove the benefits of magnetic therapy on health, it has been observed some favorable reactions in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. 
 
Magnetic therapy is the chemical reactions generated by magnetic affect in the body. Magnetic therapy mostly helps to improve blood flow in the human body by defending cellular hurt from radiation, or by stimulating the motion of iron in the blood. And by improving the blood flow, the magnet therapy helps in arthritis relief.

 
The products of magnetic therapy are available in almost all health and drug stores. Some of the magnetic therapy products are wearable magnetic bead necklaces and magnetic bracelets. As the magnets produce the maximum electromagnetic effect on the nearby parts of the body, wearing these magnetic therapy products near to the affected area can help to get relief from arthritis. It is recommended to use these magnetic therapy products for not more than one week. Pregnant women are notified to avoid these kinds of therapies. Anyway it is always better to consult with the doctor before using this magnet therapy.
